With a turnover of 50 million euros, and a strong presence both in domestic and international markets since 1982, Sorefoz is a leading company in the wholesale distribution of home appliances, telecommunications, and microinformatics with 10.000 market references. With a network of Independent and Associated Retailers, Sorefoz operates as a centralized purchasing centre for the 300 physical stores of Tien 21 and Confort.
We are optimistic about Sorefoz’s ability to innovate and accelerate its growth, from now on with the support, solid financial structure, and long-term vision of the Group.
With this acquisition, we become the national market leader in the wholesale appliances sector and the Group’s global turnover will reach 200 million euros in 2022.
